Cancel Order

To Cancel your order. Please follow the following steps :-

1. Click on the Contact Us link.

2. Select the preferred medium (Whatsapp or Email) to reach us.

3. Type in "Cancel Order" with your full name and city name.

4. The system will pickup the details and automatically cancel your order within 12 hours.

You can only cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. We cannot cancel an order, once it has been dispatched.

For cancelling prepaid orders, the amount will be returned to you in the form of store credits which can redeemed as per your convenience. No cash refund would be done under any circumstances since we already incur payment gateway charges for online payments.
